[Product Update] AVOXI Releases New AVOXI Core Online Portal

AVOXI is pleased to announce the official release of its all-new Online Portal for AVOXI Core, our cloud PBX business phone system platform. Designed with flexibility and mobility in mind, the new Online Portal allows users to manage their virtual numbers and extensions from anywhere or any device – even mobile devices.

What’s Included with the New Online Portal

As an AVOXI Core business phone system admin, you can manage your entire communications suite from our easy-to-use, web-based Online Portal. Let’s take a quick tour of some of the key features and how they work.

From the AVOXI Core Portal dashboard, view account information and recent call activity at a glance. You can even download recordings of your most recent calls.

Virtual Number Management

Easily access the settings for your toll free numbers, local phone numbers, and virtual extensions. Simply click on any number or extension in your account to edit the call forwarding, voicemail, and conferencing options.

Hunt Groups

With hunt groups, send calls to multiple extensions at the same time. Just click Add Hunt Group and choose who should receive the calls and how the calls should be delivered. It’s that simple.

Virtual Attendant

The Virtual Attendant feature allows you to upload IVR menu recordings, and choose how you wish inbound calls to be routed based on user inputs.

Virtual Attendant allows you to route inbound calls to different call queues based on user inputs. Create separate queues for each department to ensure that customers are routed to the right agent the first time they call.

Call Conferencing

The call conferencing feature allows admins and users to create conference rooms and send conference invitations to participants via email. Just click Add Conference Room and configure your personal settings. Then, create your event and invite participants.

Call Tracking

Track calls and optimize your online marketing campaigns with the new Call Tracking feature. Just create your campaign, add your Google Analytics tracking code, and assign numbers you want to track to the campaign. Your calls will appear in Google Analytics and AdWords as trackable events.

Call Logs & Call Recordings

The AVOXI Core Online Portal allows users to easily view, analyze, and export call logs. Plus, it stores call recordings for 15 rolling days; download and save available call recordings to your computer for future use or reference.

Online Bill Pay

Need to make a payment? It’s easy. Navigate to the Invoices page, and click Pay Invoice. Enter the amount you wish to pay, and select Pay Now. You can view and download invoices by clicking on the document icon to the left of the invoice.
