Premium Service is designed for high volume

Private network throughout Jamaica with nodes
that currently reach customers in Kingston and
Montego Bay
(Ocho Rios in Q1 2005).
Our network uses the latest in Wireless
technology to deliver both Voice and Data at
rates up to 6 Mbps (fully encrypted). If
your company is in the view (Line of Sight) of
one of our nodes then installation of a
customer premise Subscriber Module is simple
and can be installed within one week.
Once connected to the Avoxi network, both your
Voice and Data can be sent through Avoxi with
quality, reliability and amazing cost savings.
Our new DIA (Dedicated Internet Access)
service competes with the major incumbent and
is up to 50% less than comparable synchronous,
high-speed dedicated service.
Our
Best-Effort Service is for the smaller
business customer looking to have a cost effective
service utilizing their own Internet Service.
For access to the Avoxi service you will need a
"always-on" Internet connection. This can be
either DSL, Cable Modem or DIA. Our service
uses minimal bandwidth per call and will not
affect your Internet performance. Calls are billed
in 30 second increments, not in full minutes as
with other providers. Quality is
not guaranteed but as long as your ISP is stable,
the call quality is excellent.
Additional Features
Toll-Free USA & Canada Number
Once your Avoxi service is operational, you can
add additional features to your service. One
of the most popular is our Toll-Free service.
You can get a USA and Canada toll-free number
which will terminate to your PBX via the Avoxi
Network. So if you have a large volume of
customers in the USA or Canada, you to can get a
Toll-Free number. This also provides a local
presence in these countries.
Toll-Free numbers from most major countries is
also available. Ask your Sales Person about
the International Toll-Free Service.
SubAccount Numbers
SubAccount numbers are a great feature you can add
to your service. If you need to track usage
by employee then you can choose to have either a
four or five digit PIN unique to each employee.
As they place their call, they are prompted for a
SubAccount number before the call is completed.
At the end of the month, all calls are broken out
by SubAccount number on your Invoice. This
helps to save money
On-Net Calling
If your company has office locations in more than
one country, Avoxi can provide tremendous savings
on calls between international locations with
Avoxi On-Net. Simply connect all locations to the
Avoxi Network, and talk as long and often as you
want for only 5¢ per minute. Avoxi On-Net also
enables four-digit dialing between international
locations so calling is even easier.
