IAD Solution - Voice over IP

 

The Avoxi IAD (Integrated Access Device) solution is the preferred solution for larger customers with existing PBX and phone systems.  The solution basically consists of running Voice over IP through a Cisco IAD which is installed on the customer's premise between the customer's router and PBX.  It allows customers to retain their present PBX and phone configurations.Call Center Customer Service

The customer must have dedicated internet bandwidth (DSL or cable modem) from a local ISP and a public IP address they can assign to the IAD.

Basically, the IAD converts voice signals into data packets and vice versa. The IAD solution is scaleable and can grow with your business. IADs can be daisy chained together to accommodate an increased number of phone lines.
