Managing Numbers and Extensions
Managing numbers and extensions from the AVOXI Core Online Portal is easy. Access the toll free and local phone numbers in your AVOXI Core account from the main navigation in the upper right hand corner of your browser.
The My Numbers view shows all the external toll free and local phone numbers in your account. The Extensions view shows all of the virtual extensions in your account.
Managing Your Phone Numbers
The main My Numbers screen shows the toll free or local phone numbers associated with your company’s account. Click on any of the numbers listed to view and edit the individual settings for that phone number.
You can edit multiple settings from the number level in AVOXI core, including voicemail, call forwarding, conferencing, and virtual attendant. Please view the individual tutorials included under Feature Guides to learn how to use these features.
Managing Your Extensions
The main extensions screen shows all of your active extensions. Click on any extension to access its settings.
You can edit multiple settings from the extension screen, including call forwarding, conferencing, and voicemail. You can also view recent calls made to or from each individual extension. Please view the individual tutorials included under Feature Guides to learn how to use these features.
