Getting Started with Your AVOXI Core Account
Welcome to AVOXI Core, AVOXI’s cloud-based business phone system platform. In this quick start guide, we will show you how to log into your AVOXI Core account and manage basic profile settings and preferences.
How to Access Your AVOXI Core Account
To log into your AVOXI Core account, simply the login page at https://core.avoxi.com. Enter the username and temporary password provided by your AVOXI Customer Service representative, and click Sign In.
As soon as you sign in with your temporary password, you will need to visit your Account Profile page and create a new one for security reasons.
We recommend that you choose a strong password with a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
How to View Your AVOXI Core Account Profile
Your account profile is accessible from the dropdown menu to the right of the navigation. To access it, click over the 3 bar menu icon, and select My Profile from the list of options.
From your account profile, you can edit standard account information such as your company name and contact information.
How to Edit Your AVOXI Core Account Profile
To edit your account profile, click the Edit Profile button shown at the bottom of the profile view.
A pop-up window will appear (shown right). Within this window, you can change your company name, your address, phone number, and billing email.
NOTE: You can add more than one billing email address to your account. To ensure delivery, place a comma directly between each address. Do not add spaces.
Once you have completed your changes, click Save. You will be taken back to the profile screen, which will reflect your changes.
How to Edit Your AVOXI Core Account Password
To edit your password, click the Edit Password button shown at the bottom of the screen. A pop-up window will appear.
You will be prompted to enter your current password as well as your new password. When you are finished, click Save.
How to Use the AVOXI Core Account Admin Dashboard
The AVOXI Core admin dashboard gives office managers a quick view of recent call activity and talk time used on a daily basis. In addition, it provides a quick view of recent billing activity.
The account information window displays all of your account billing information at a glance. Check your account balance, and see when your next payment is due as soon as you log in.
From the dashboard, you can also get real time data for your most recent calls (shown below). You can see inbound and outbound call information as well as the duration and cost of each call. To download a recording of a recent call, click the arrow icon next to the call that you would like to hear.
