Error Message: Calls Not Covered by Your Tariff Plan
You tried to make an outbound call, and you received an error message: “Calls not covered by your tariff plan.”
What does this error message mean?
If you are trying to make an outbound call from your AVOXI extension and you are getting an error message that states, “Calls are not covered by your tariff plan,” then you simply need to make a change to how you are dialing the number.
How to resolve the issue
All AVOXI numbers only require you to dial the country code + the number for outbound calls. You do not need to dial the exit code (for example, 011 in the US). Simply use E.164 dialing format and your call will be successful.
