AVOXI can terminate calls to anywhere in the world in a cost-effective, high quality service manner utilizing Voice over IP (VoIP) technology. We can customize solutions based on your network configuration and can connect via VoIP Gateway thru the PBX TDM connection, via SIP Trunk or H323 connection. We utilize Public and Private Internet connections and can operate within a Cisco VPN.
In the traditional PBX scenario, AVOXI will program and install a gateway on the customer’s premise. The gateway is connected to the internet on one side and PBX on the other. The type of gateway needed depends upon whether analog lines are connected or all calls terminate via VoIP.
On an outbound call, the voice signal is transmitted from the customer’s PBX to the gateway on the customer site. There the call is changed from a voice signal to a data packet and sent across the internet to the AVOXI Operation Center gateways. The gateways change the data packet back into a voice signal and push the call over the PSTN to its destination.
AVOXI can also provide full PBX functionality such as Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), call queuing and scripting and a host of other features. AVOXI also offers inbound toll-free services.
