The updated AVOXI Core interface now allows customers to reach the AVOXI support team within the easy to use Online Portal. This immediate access format lets you ask questions about your AVOXI products and services, invoices and billing, and also lets you follow up on existing support tickets. Even more, the chat feature lets the support team provide live, step by step instructions on how to configure your phone system to fit your business.
Live Chat with AVOXI Support Team
Chatting with the AVOXI support team is easy.
- First, login to your AVOXI Online Portal at core.avoxi.com.
- Click on “chat” tab to the right of your screen.
- Green Chat button indicates that support agents are available to chat live.
- Red Help button indicates that agents are busy with other customers or not available. You can still click on the red tab and leave a message. One of our support technicians will contact you as soon as they are available again.
- Begin your chat by entering your question in the pop up window.
- Transcripts of chat conversations become available once the chat conversation closes. You can access the live chat transcript in the Online Support Center from the Open Support Ticket section. Access through the menu and select “Support.”
