AVOXI Online Portal Adds Greater Functionality and Features with Recent Updates

The latest upgrades to AVOXI’s cloud PBX platform include call queuing functionality, SIP trunk provisioning, and virtual attendant (IVR) self-management along with other improvements. These updates provide customers a comprehensive feature set to manage their business communications.

The newly released updates to the AVOXI Online Portal provide customers with more direct control of their phone system set up. Intuitive and easy to navigate, the interface offers users an easy to understand, seamless experience in navigating the configuration of their international toll free numbers (ITFS) and local numbers (DIDs). A Quick Snapshot of New and Updated Features and Functions

Add Call QueueCall Queues: This new feature allows customers to enhance their inbound call routing capabilities into call queues to handle 10, 20, or 30 concurrent calls. Why add call queues? Queues help keep your clients from abandoning their call by providing the option of waiting for a service representative to answer. The AVOXI Online Portal interface lets customers select the plan and configurations that work best for their business.

Virtual Attendant PromptsVirtual Attendant: Updates to the Virtual Attendant feature allow customers to create and manage their own virtual attendant system. The update includes enabling customers to setup and manage multiple levels of virtual attendant menus for complex routing.

 

Add SIP TrunkSIP Trunks: A new feature, SIP Trunk provisioning lets AVOXI Online Portal users to purchase SIP trunks based on number of channels required. This ability permits AVOXI customers to realize cost savings by leveraging cloud communications by integrating in-house PBX phone systems to the cloud.

Extensions Self-provisioning: An addition to the online portal interface, Extensions Self-provisioning empowers customers to purchase additional extensions and to provision those extensions based upon their business needs. Adding this new feature helps customers respond to business demand and growth by enabling them to expand their VoIP phone system quickly and easily.New Extensions
