This phone comes fully loaded with videoconferencing, a touch-based interface and access to other communication applications.  These capabilities make it a great fit for businesses of any size utilizing multiple forms of communication.

Polycom Soundpoint IP 335

For companies looking for an easy to use IP phone without the bells and whistles, the Soundpoint IP 335 is a reliable option. This model delivers clear communications over it’s two available lines.

Digium D50

For an advanced IP phone, Digium offers many models. The D50, in particular, offers must have features for mid-level employees to executives. This phone has 4 lines, 10 rapid dial buttons and status indicators for your contacts.

Digium D40

If you’re considering IP phones for your entire office, the Digium D40 is a smart choice. The D40 offers standard, valued features that work in sync with your VoIP system.


Bria 4

The Bria 4 is the latest softphone model released by Counterpath. It’s compatible with both Mac and Windows computers and it also works on Android, iOS and Blackberry mobile devices as well. If your business needs a softphone with complete functionality including file sharing, video calling and instant messaging, the Bria 4 is a fantastic choice.


For businesses new to VoIP, the X-Lite is an excellent choice for a softphone. With this free softphone, you’ll experience ads but if that doesn’t steer you away, the X-Lite has the functionally you’d expect out of a standard softphone including voice and video calling. Like it’s Bria counterpart, the X-Lite is compatible on both Window and Mac computers.


ZoiPer is one of the most popular softphone models on the market. Their audio, video and instant messaging features can drastically improve your company’s communications. This softphone can also ingrate with your CRM software for a complete communication overhaul. Like other softphones, this softphone is compatible on both Mac and Windows computers and on Android and iOS devices.


The Telephone app can be downloaded from the Mac App Store. This softphone is similar to X-Lite because as another free softphone, the two offer very similar features. The simplicity of this app can be useful to businesses using VoIP for the first time. Keep in mind, since this app is downloaded from the Mac App Store, it’s only compatible on Macs and iOS devices.
