How to Monitor Live Calls
As an Admin, you have the ability to live monitor your call queues. Select the call queues icon on the left-hand side navigation, and select the call queue name. You will be taken to the Live Calls view. From here you will see a summary of calls in progress, calls waiting, agents available, and agents paused.
Under the Live Calls section, Admins can:
- Monitor - Listen in without the Agent or caller knowing the Admin is on the call.
- Whisper - Talk only to the Agent without the caller knowing.
- Barge - Talk to both the Agent and the caller.
