In the FAQs, AVOXI responds to the most some of the most frequent questions we received about a hosted PBX phone system and AVOXI Core, our cloud PBX solution.

Do you offer business phone service internationally?

Yes. AVOXI offers toll free and local phone numbers and affordable calling rates for over 100 countries worldwide. All of these numbers can be used with the AVOXI Core cloud PBX phone system.

Does the AVOXI Core phone system have call groups?

Yes. In the AVOXI Core Portal, you can use the call group (labeled Hunt Groups) setting to ring multiple extensions simultaneously. It’s a lot like creating a call queue, or a virtual department, within your business.

Can I forward calls to my mobile phone?

Yes, the AVOXI Core Call Forwarding feature allows you to forward calls to your mobile phone or any other phone number or extension. You can even use this feature to forward calls to different devices based on time of day.

Can I record my phone calls with AVOXI Core?

Yes. The AVOXI Core phone system includes a call recording feature. All recordings are stored for 15 rolling days on the AVOXI server. You can also download your call recordings and save them for future use.

Can I have multiple toll free or local numbers with my AVOXI Core account?

Yes, you can add additional phone numbers to your account at any time. Once an AVOXI Customer Support Specialist has installed your new number, you can use the AVOXI Core Portal to change call forwarding settings, voicemail greetings, add IVR menus, and more.

Do you offer IVR message recording services?

Yes. We offer a variety of options for businesses that would like use a professional recording for their IVR menu. Please contact an AVOXI Sales representative for details on options and pricing.

Is there a conference calling feature?

Yes, the AVOXI Core Call Forwarding feature allows you to forward calls to your mobile phone or any other phone number or extension. You can even use this feature to forward calls to different devices based on time of day.
