How to Use the Online Billing Portal
AVOXI Core's Billing Section makes it easy for customers to make payments, change billing settings, view past invoices, and more--all from the Online Portal.
You can access your billing settings from two locations: the Admin Dashboard, and the main navigation.
Access Billing Settings from the Admin Dashboard
As an AVOXI Core customer, you can see your total account balance from the Admin Dashboard. To view this information, select the payment method tab located on the left side of the dashboard.
You can also make a complete or partial payment by clicking the red icon under the balance. Edit your billing method by clicking the red icon in the Payment Method box.
Access Billing Settings from the Main Navigation
To access billing settings from the main navigation, look to the upper right hand corner of the screen. From the menu, select the icon labeled with a USD symbol.
From the billing screen, you can see your account balance, payment method, invoices, payment history, and subscriptions.
From the invoices tab, you can download a CSV file of the invoices summary table or download your past invoices individually. To see all your past invoices, charges, and active subscriptions, go to the Payment History and Subscriptions tabs.
