Joining and Leaving Call Queues
Smart Queue allows agents to easily join and leave queues. As an agent, you can also be part of multiple call queues at the same time.

How to Join a Call Queue
Log into Smart Queue using your agent credentials.
You are now logged in to the agent view. Click Join Q.
A new window will appear and prompt you to confirm your extension. Choose the queue that you wish to join in the new dropdown menu, and select Run.
When the screen refreshes, you will see that you are now part of the queue that you selected.
Remember: you can be part of multiple queues at the same time. In order to join another queue, just repeat the steps described above.
How to Leave a Queue
When you are ready to leave a queue, select Leave Q from the agent menu.
A new window will appear and prompt you to confirm your extension. Choose the queue that you wish to leave in the dropdown menu, and select Run.
When the screen refreshes, you will see that you are no longer a member of the queue you chose to leave.
