Receive up to 6 hours of live, hands-on platform training for your agents, admins and supervisors to ensure all team members become platform experts during the first 60 days with the AVOXI platform.

Product Roadmap Prioritization

Have a unique feature requirement not yet available in our platform? AVOXI collaborates with every new customer to identify opportunities for innovation. Your Implementation Manager will assess new feature needs and act as an advocate for your business.

Hands-On Configuration Assistance

Ensuring the AVOXI platform is properly integrated into your communications architecture is critical to the success of our partnership. We’re happy to roll up our sleeves to ensure calls are routing properly and that your business data connects seamlessly across all your technologies.

The onboarding program fee is a professional services one-time charge for new customers adding contact center licenses or existing customers adding additional licenses (agent onboarding fee).
