Your Journey with Us
Transparent Application Process
Our interview process is designed to be both informative and conversational, offering
you a clear understanding of the role, team, and our culture, while allowing us to assess
your skills, experience, and alignment with our values.
Most interviews are conducted virtually, and we ask candidates to have their cameras
on. We also expect the entire process to be completed without the use of coaches
or AI tools. Typically, the full journey takes 7-10 business days.
We evaluate applications based on qualifications, experience, and fit. If your background aligns with our needs, we'll contact you to schedule an initial conversation.
This 20-30 minute conversation with a recruiter and/or hiring manager will cover your
background and interest in the position. We'll also provide more details about the company
and the role, and you'll have the opportunity to ask questions.
Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a short assignment or assessment to demonstrate your skills. This could be a case study, coding exercise, or writing sample. Clear instructions and expectations will be provided beforehand. (Usually no more than 4 hours over two days, depending on the role).
If you advance, you'll meet with key team members in one or more structured interviews, typically lasting 30-60 minutes.
These may include: Behavioral questions • Role-specific scenarios or problem-solving • Discussions on collaboration and communication style.
You'll meet with cross-functional team members to understand our broader vision and culture, and we'll assess your long-term fit and values alignment.
If selected, we may conduct reference checks and/or extend a formal offer.
