Tier 1 Support Engineer

The Tier 1 support engineer is a critical role within our organization.  The position is a customer-facing role where you will work with clients on overcoming cases within the AVOXI product line.  In this role, you will be learning the ability to onboard new customers through our proprietary application, learn how to use industry-standard tools and get exposure to telephony troubleshooting with our carriers in VOIP telephony environments.  In addition, you will be a part of the amazing culture we are building at AVOXI.


AVOXI is remote first organization.  Employees would work remotely, and have the ability to leverage shared work space in the locations listed below.  Employment is limited to the location below to allow for periodic, organizational meetings.
