Yes! You can implement our call queue management software over the top of your existing virtual phone system.
Setting up call queues in AVOXI Genius is simple:
- Click the Call Queues button on the left side of the screen
- Click the "+ Add" button on the right side of the screen
- Configure your queue: select your ring strategy, timeout, and if you want the caller to ever reach voicemail
- After your queue is created, select "Members" and then "+ Add" to add agents to your new queue
Call queue software is included at no extra cost to all licensed users in AVOXI Genius. You can add and remove Genius licenses from your User Interface.
