AVOXI Releases Updates for New Online Portal to Include Spanish Language Option

Atlanta, Georgia, USA-October 25, 2016—AVOXI, a leading provider of Communications as a Service (CaaS) solutions in the international market, released major updates to its new online portal for AVOXI Core, its cloud PBX solution. Updates include Spanish language version of the user interface, as well as customer support features.

The latest updates to the new AVOXI Core Online Portal released on September 15, 2016 provide customers with the option to choose English or Spanish as the preferred language. Additionally, integration of customer support tickets into the portal allows customers to create, view, and track open and closed support tickets directly from the interface. Other updates include enhancements that allow customers to do more with their virtual extensions such as setting up conference calling rooms, enabling distinctive rings for each extension, and selecting call screening rules.
