AVOXI Rewards Referral Program Rules
Effective Date: November 3, 2017
The AVOXI Rewards Referral Program provides the opportunity to refer friends, colleagues, and associates to AVOXI and receive compensation.
Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions and is not applicable to past purchases. Additional services, fees and taxes not included. Other restrictions may apply. Offer valid on qualified referral submissions after November 3, 2017.
Special Offers or Promotions
To qualify for any special offers or additional rewards specified in a given promotion, referrals must be submitted within the given timeframe of the special offer. All other restrictions apply. This award will be issued to any entity that refers a Qualified Referral.
All other standard AVOXI Rewards Program rules still apply.
While the AVOXI Rewards program is in effect, AVOXI will award cash to any entity that submits a Qualified Referral. This award will be issued only after the referral has been qualified to become a customer (Qualified Lead) by AVOXI.
Partners or agents of AVOXI are not eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Referred leads must be for new business only
- Referrals must be submitted through the proper channels to qualify
- Referral signs a 12-month agreement for service; month-to-month agreements alter the payout terms as follows:
- $5 per seat for Smart Queue
- $1 per seat for hosted
- $2 per number
- Referrals must be qualified (see definition of qualified lead)
Definition of a Qualified Referral
An “Qualified Referral” is a business that (1) is not currently, and has never previously been, an AVOXI customer and (2) is not already registered as a AVOXI lead in AVOXI’s records. Former AVOXI customers are prohibited from qualifying as a Qualified Referral. Agents or partners of AVOXI are not eligible. Employees of a Qualified Referral are not eligible for referral awards for that same Qualified Referral. Referrers are not eligible to receive rewards for referring themselves or their own business.
Once a referral is submitted, it is reviewed to determine if it is a Qualified Referral by AVOXI to determine its status as a Qualified Lead.
Definition of a Qualified Lead
A qualified lead is defined as a new contact in a decision-making role at an organization not already registered as an AVOXI lead that is in the market for and in a position to purchase a product from AVOXI. If submitted referral remains unqualified for 60 days, the reward is forfeit.
How to Earn Rewards
To be eligible to earn Rewards, the referrer must submit referrals directly to AVOXI using the form provided on the Referral Website. If the referred business becomes a Qualified Referral based on AVOXI’s definition of a Qualified Lead, the referrer will be eligible for a Reward for the referral (assuming the referee meets the definition of Eligible Referrer above).
If an Eligible Referral is referred by more than one Eligible Referrer, only the original Eligible Referrer validated by AVOXI shall be entitled to receive the Reward.
As a referrer, you agree not to abuse the tools in the Referral Website by conduct that is detrimental to the interests of AVOXI, including without limitation, attempting to make referrals or receive rewards in a manner inconsistent with these Rules or the intent of these Rules, attempting to earn rewards through illegitimate channels, participating in fraud, or tampering with Referral Program or its tools.
Awards are issued within 4 to 6 weeks after a referral becomes a Qualified Referral. A completed W-9/W-8Ben tax form may be required prior to issuance of award if your total amount for the calendar year reaches $600. The W-9/W-8Ben form must match the name of the person or company receiving the award. If a valid W-9/W-8Ben form has not been received and approved within one hundred and eighty (180) days of notification that a completed W-9/W-8Ben tax form is required, the Reward will be forfeited. In the event the Eligible Referrer’s account has a past due balance, that balance will be deducted from the Reward. Rewards are considered taxable income and are subject to local, state and federal taxes. When the value of the rewards reaches $600 or more in a calendar year, a 1099 tax form will be generated and mailed to you for tax reporting purposes. AVOXI recommends that you keep all statements sent to you for your record keeping purposes.
AVOXI reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend, adjust, suspend, change or discontinue any terms described herein without prior notice. AVOXI retains sole discretion and authority to interpret all aspects of the referral program including, but not limited to, criteria, eligibility, amount and/or frequency of payments and whether such payments will be made.
