Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager is a multi-dimensional role. The position will be highly technical over the entire AVOXI product range in order to act as an escalation point for our customers and a mentor for our staff. Your main responsibility will be for the overall SLO (Service Level Objectives) assigned for the different priority levels. This will be accomplished by recruiting and training of staff, the seamless transition of cases between timezones, and ensuring overall customer delight.

Responsibilities:

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Aid clients in achieving their goals


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
