Solution Delivery Specialist

The Solution Delivery Specialist is a position within the Customer Success department managing delivery to VIP customers.  Although this role is customer facing, the position will be responsible for the delivery of the technical tasks associated with the project and the reporting of the status of such projects to the senior leadership of AVOXI.  The focus of the role will be to reduce customer friction, recommend process improvements and deliver overall customer delight.

  • 1st Shift  (12am - 9am ET)
  • 2nd Shift  (8am - 5pm ET)

  • 2 - 5 years experience
  • College degree preferred

  • Contact Center Implementation and Operational Support
  • Ability to understand new priority technologies and interfaces
