Better strategize your business communications and ensure every caller speaks to an agent promptly by setting up call groups in AVOXI Genius.
Call Group Software
Call groups, also known as ring groups, allow you to put multiple phones under one extension. A single incoming call can cycle through the group using a ring strategy, such as simultaneous ringing or round-robin forwarding. If the call remains unanswered, a voicemail can take a message which will be sent to all members of the call group.
Don't leave your callers waiting--use call groups to minimize call wait times and give your customer or potential client the best impression.
Manage the Groups from Your Browser
With AVOXI Genius, all you need is a computer and internet connection in order to set up and manage your call groups.
Easily Customize Your Ring Groups
Distribute calls to a single toll free or local number to multiple extensions, and ring to multiple extensions in order or simultaneously.
Set Up Custom Group Voicemail
If the incoming call remains unanswered, the caller can then be routed to a voicemail that will be sent to all members of the call group.
