In the same month, AVOXI also introduced VIP Routing, delivering an elevated customer experience for global businesses' most valuable customers. With this routing strategy in place, VIP customers bypass the call queues to quickly connect with best-fit agents.
Throughout 2020 AVOXI expanded their CRM integrations, allowing businesses to easily connect with popular tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho.
