How to Set Up Round Robin Routing

Within your dashboard under Call Groups, navigate to Settings > Details. Under Sequence, select "One at a time". You can also customize how long the customer will be on hold under "Timeout (sec)". In these settings, you also have the ability to enable or disable hold music.
