AVOXI's Commitment to You During COVID-19

covid avoxi-min

Like many of you, we have spent the past few weeks educating ourselves on the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the impact it is having across the globe. We understand that this creates uncertainty and fear and wanted to take a moment to communicate with our valued customers what steps we are taking as a company to do our part to limit the spread of the virus, as well as what you should expect from us as it relates to the service and support we provide to you.

Our Commitment to AVOXI Employees

As a company, we are doing many things to prepare for the impacts of the virus. We strive to provide transparency to all of our employees and customers in order to inform and protect in times like these. To be clear, there are no known AVOXI team members that have contracted the coronavirus. We are working to be compliant with guidelines issued by the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and the WHO (World Health Organization). In an effort to limit the spread of this virus we are transitioning all of our employee operations teams to work 100% remote as of March 16th. We are not only committed to work remotely, but also change our daily habits to help stop the spread of the virus.

Our Commitment to YOU

We realize that the products and services we deliver to you are mission critical to your business, and we take that responsibility very seriously.  We want to reassure you that our Global Operations Teams will remain 100% available during this time. As a global company, many of AVOXI’s teams already function in a remote capacity and are well prepared to serve you in this capacity.

Additionally, our platform and call delivery will not be impacted. We have built our infrastructure on the backbone of world class data centers and have deliberately architected it to maintain resiliency and scale. We will continue to provide 24x7 support and monitoring of our systems as always. We are committed to enabling you and your business as you navigate dealing with the widespread impact of this event. Should you have any questions at all about ways to enable your remote workforce please email [email protected].

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do all we can to continue to provide amazing service while protecting our employees and remaining socially responsible.

Sincerely,

David Wise, CEO
