Closing Out The First Half of 2018

Summary: AVOXI CEO David Wise shares some thoughts on AVOXI’s roadmap, strategy, and path for the future. An open dialog between AVOXI and customers is paramount to our vision to provide flexibility and control for your global virtual numbers. Every day our team is here to support you. We want to make your life easier. We want AVOXI to be a critical part of your contact center today and for years to come.

This message is for all of our loyal customers. As we close out the quarter and the first half of 2018, I want to take a moment to thank you all for your continued business and support.

Our mission is to help you sell your goods and services worldwide, and the opportunity be a part of your success is a never-ending source of motivation. With that goal in mind, I am excited for what the AVOXI team has in store for you. Over the next 12 months, you will notice many improvements in our AVOXI CORE Virtual Numbers User Interface (https://www.core.avoxi.com), including:

 

  • The ability to add new business numbers online (available now)
  • Improved reporting and analytics (coming soon)
  • Updated audio conferencing service (launching next week) 
  • Enhanced SIP trunk services, including online self-provisioning (available now)

 

In addition, we will be adding virtual numbers from many new countries and cities to our service and expand our Online Number Inventory (https://orders.avoxi.com). We currently have over 200 destinations in stock and are adding more all the time. We will also offer SMS enabled numbers and  API capabilities.

But most exciting of all, I am proud to announce the launch of a new version of Smart Queue, our virtual call center software. We’ve named this new call center solution AVOXI Genius (AG). AG will offer improved metrics and reporting, advanced call queuing, an in-browser WebRTC softphone, and complete control of your agent, manager, and system settings through an intuitive user interface. More on this exciting new service in my next message.
